Returns & Exchanges

At Reitmans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are unworn and have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Alternatively, you can bring your items and original invoice to any Reitmans store location for a free in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
